Coffee Mornings: The Social Heart of Headley

Our Thursday Coffee Mornings are a cherished tradition in Headley. What began in 1970 as a small gathering has grown into a vibrant weekly event with over 1,000 attendances annually. Whether you are looking for a friendly chat or a bit of entertainment, a warm welcome awaits you at the Church Centre.

What to Expect

We believe in staying active and having fun. Our mornings are more than just tea and biscuits; they are an opportunity to enjoy:

Live Music: We are regularly entertained by local talent, including the legendary band "Deja Who?", who bring flair and humour to our gatherings.

Movement to Music: Our popular sessions with Jean and Lin are a big success, helping everyone stay active in a safe and supportive environment.

Special Celebrations: From festive Christmas parties with Santa to a free raffle for a homemade cake, we make sure every season is celebrated together.

Our Dedicated Team

Behind every Coffee Morning is a professional team of 5 Coffee Leaders and nearly 20 helpers working on a rota basis. This ensures that every visitor receives a personal and warm service, making our meetings run smoothly and safely.

Need a Lift?

If you would like to attend but do not drive or have a car, please do not worry. Our volunteer drivers provide a professional door-to-door service to get you to the Church Centre and back home again.
